It's both! Your coach will be working with you like how a Personal Trainer will - Nutrition/Accountability/Motivation/Training Plans etc.
The only difference is the workout, instead of 1:1, you'll be joining into the group classes.
We designed it for people who want the personal training element of working with a coach, but don't necessarily NEED the 1:1 attention.
We receive tons of beginners all the time. In fact, most members are beginners when they joined, some of them may not have even entered a gym before.
Our coaches are trained to recognise who the beginners are during the classes, to give them more attention as compared to those who already know what they're doing.
It depends! If you're a beginner, you're required to go through an induction via this program before we even let you attend your 1st class.
This induction is important as we'll teach you how to take the class at your own pace, without the stress of having to keep up with the class or with the people around you.
After all, your fitness is your own journey, we'll include the easier classes in your training plan and give you more attention for your first couple of classes, and gradually push you a little harder so you finally get to see the results you want.
